Project Goals

Immediate tasks at hand are:

• construction of a visitor center ($30,000)
• construction of stone pathways through the garden ($20,000)
• construction of a garden fence (cement wall) and an entrance gate ($50,000)
• construction of the compost storage
• setting up plant identification tablets for individual plants and groups of plants in order to open the garden to the local university students and school children, as well as others interested in learning about the plants

In the near future the garden is looking to:

• create a seed bank
• create a comprehensive database and catalogue of medicinal plants and their healing properties
